Marica Pinardi, born in Milan on April 1, 1980, is an Italian poet whose deep and evocative verses have captivated audiences in numerous literary competitions and publications. Her passion for poetry emerged at the young age of 14, and since then, writing has been her means of expressing emotions, capturing fleeting moments of inspiration, and transforming them into timeless verses. For her, poetry is not just an artistic endeavor but a form of divination—an intuitive flow of emotions that finds life on the pages she writes.

Despite years of dedicated writing, Pinardi has only recently begun sharing her poetic works with the world, earning well-deserved recognition in prestigious international literary forums. Her participation in the 9th edition of the Pero Zivodraga Zivkovica International Literary Festival saw her present the poems Notturni and Kenya, which were well received. Similarly, she competed in the 20th International Competition of Unpublished Poetry titled “Tra un fiore colto e l’altro donato – Poesie d’amore”, organized by Aletti Editore. Her poem Tu was selected for publication in the contest’s poetry collection, standing as a testament to her lyrical prowess.

Pinardi’s poetic journey has continued with remarkable achievements. She contributed to the “Verrà il mattino e avrà un tuo verso” poetry competition by Aletti Editore, where one of her poems was published in the official contest anthology. Her poem Snow was also featured in the 2024 edition of the international magazine “My Planet My Choice”, published by Prodigy Published, further expanding her reach beyond Italy.

In the “Poesia & Arte” competition held in San Marco dei Cavoti (BN) and organized by the Rotary Club Morcone San Marco dei Cavoti, under the patronage of the Museo Modern, Pinardi submitted her poems Mia Madre and Buio. The latter received a special mention, highlighting the depth and resonance of her words. Additionally, she earned first place in the “G. Belli e B. Gentile” poetry competition, organized by the Accademia Tiberina in Rome, with her compelling poem Telascica.

Her poetic excellence was also recognized in the “Ascoltando i Silenzi del Mare” competition, held on the Island of Elba, where her poem Amarezza earned a special mention in the section for unpublished poetry collections on free themes. She has also competed in the “Dantebus” competition, where she submitted her poem Vorrei, as well as the “Viaggi di Versi” contest, promoted by “Poeti e Poesia” in December 2024, where she entered Realtà Distorta.

Pinardi’s literary exploration has extended to international platforms as well. She participated in the “Le Couleur d’un Poème” competition, showcasing a collection of thought-provoking poems, including Le Tue Mani, Automa, Maschera, Tu Sei, and Specchio. In January 2025, she contributed to the 2nd International Literary Itinerant Competition “Parole in Transito”, submitting her works Anima, Essenza, and Un Attimo d’Infinito.

Each of Marica Pinardi’s poems is a reflection of her innermost thoughts, capturing the complexities of human emotion and existence. Her ability to channel inspiration into profound and moving poetry has cemented her place among contemporary poetic voices. As she continues to refine her craft and share her verses with the world, her words remain a powerful testament to the beauty and depth of poetic expression.
